Vitro Design Studio, along with the Client, will take an in depth study of the site and requested program elements to gain a through understanding of how the resulting design will satisfy the needs and wants of the client and how it will impact the surrounding environment including natural processes and cultural tendencies.

Vitro Design Studio will prepare drawings that illustrate the landscape concepts for the project site. The drawings will provide the spatial organizational framework to validate design intentions and resulting design details.

Services include a rendered site master plan illustrating basic landscape components designed with respect to impeding codes and ordinances that govern the project.

Vitro Design Studio will prepare construction drawings, details, and technical specifications needed for the installation of the landscape components.

Vitro Design Studio will observe the installation of the landscape components of the project.

Services include site visits, reviewing contractor submittals, reviewing contractor payment applications, and conducting substantial completion.
